I really /hate/ to provide a pro-html-in-email example, but there have been times at work (where I know for a fact that everyone is using the same (terrible) email system that fully supports HTML/RTF) where including warnings in BIG GIANT RED LETTERS was an INVLAUABLE aid to successful communication. -Yaron --
