For traffic and parking, the easiest thing is to take Public Transit, many buses pass through and around the U. If you have to drive, free parking is available on some of the side streets. I usually park on Ontario, which is a one way from E. River Rd. just go down Oak to E River Rd and 1/2 block south turn onto Ontario. The U does not have free WiFi to the best of my knowledge. I wonder if they can be persuaded to setup an open AP for the visit, in the spirit of freedom and all.
