Heh, good question. I really don't know. 
Didn't really look into that. I was so disappointed with the "strangeness" and poor performance that I didn't give it more than a few hours of play time before wiping it clean and installing Ubuntu.

I'm not even sure what I have for a file manager on my Kubuntu v7.04 box.
I'm just using whatever was present "out of the box".
I don't really customize a lot except to get things working the way I like.
That is why I had to 'play' with v8.10 before I upgrade my v7.04 box.
