I received nothing except the email stating my order was to be processed in 10 days. I reordered in mid-February and again nothing. I emailed solarisdvd at sun.com the beginning of March and got a message back saying they were back logged. Last week I finally received my copy in the mail. I would email them to check the status of your order. Scot
