Can you use URLfilter or Block Out Traffic to block everything and just
whitelist the public IP?  I use URLfilter with my IPCop to block access to
the kids computers at certain times of the day, I had been thinking of
trying the whitelist thing for places like the library and such.  Let me how
you get it to work.
