Hard to do (and more expensive, man-hour wise) if you've got, say,
four hundred drives per year to yank, wipe with DBAN, then drill
through. Not to mention issues with just  picking up a drill if you're
in a state/federal (read: unionized) organization.

And yes, I'm being *slightly* facetious.
