It's also quite possible that some mirrors are being updated slower than others, thus causing some inconsistancy when using round robin. Normally, this hasn't been a problem. The last Debian release though seems less consistant on that point, however. If you update your systems from the same mirror consistantly at regular intervals, it seems to resolve the problem.
