A lot of the technical college do not have credits that transfer to other
places.  This has to do with their accreditation. NCA accreditation (if
that's what your school has) makes it the most likely to transfer /
exchange credits between schools.  What might be good is to find out the
accreditation under which you've earned your credits and then pursue from
there.
