Rick,

I'm pretty sure that what you need to do, is associate specific mac
addresses with specific ip addresses for ipcop to make the connection.

Since IPCop is doing DHCP ( ie, assigning IP addresses), you can't
guarantee that each machine will always get the same IP.  You need
static IP assignment for those machines, to associate them with a host
name.

Call up the IPCop admin page from one of the machines (http://ipcop:81
or https://ipcop:445 ), and go to the page that handles DHCP - you
will need to sign in as admin to get there.  There should be a field
there to assign static IP addresses based on mac address. That should
do it.
