I'm using Webalizer with some of my own patches to do some of this. I'd be glad
to share.

Basically, I added the ability to consolidate on destination URL. Webalizer already handled
Squid format logs, and did a nice job consolidating on source.

Mind you, this is only the reporting piece. We're not using Squid for a proxy/cache.
We're a NetApp Netcache shop with Smartfilters.
