I have a little windows utility called "DHCP find".  I can't remember
exactly where I found it...probably a bit of googling will turn it up.
 If you can't locate it, let me know and I can send you the file.  It
does exactly what you're looking for - sends out DHCP requests and
tells you where the responses (if any) come from.
