Not unless you use Wine on Linux...

I haven't looked on Fresh Meat but you may want to look at MySQL. MySQL 
is not like Filemaker or Access it's
a much better solution that could provide more depth to the database you 
presently use.

The good people at http://www.tcphp.org really know how to make MySQL 
and PHP work.
I haven't been on the list for several months but some of the folks do 
work for non-profits for free.

You may also look to one of the computer science students for this sort 
of help.
