Aye, I know the feeling! It gets easier. Besides, I get bored doing installs other than Gentoo now ;-) BTW, I haven't made a /boot partition larger than 10-15MB for a long time now. Anything more than that is a waste of space. In fact a number of people would say my partition is too big. I do a lot of kernel testing though.
