That site gives information like dependencies and info about packages that
should be available through the apt tools.

'apt-cache search bstille' will show you the package you are looking for.
And there are some other commands that will show you the dependencies.

I just use aptitude as an ncurses apt front end to both search for packages
and show dependencies.  'apt-cache search' will search the descriptions and
aptitude's '/' search will only search the titles of packages.
