Well, I don't know how well this would work out, but I figure it's worth
considering...
What about getting a sign-up sheet, and rotate who is organizing the next
beermeeting or two.  That way anyone who's interested can take part, and
people are less likely to get burned out from having to do it all the
time.  I would be willing to take over organizing a beermeeting, or a
month's worth of beermeetings (which would be at max 3 if we keep doing
them every other week) but I wouldn't be interested in a permanent
position.
