Anyone here familiar with the card game 11.5? It's similar to
blackjack, and supposedly very popular in Europe.

I'm trying to find an answer to a specific question, or a source for
somewhat official rules. Google is failing me and bringing up all sorts
of Casino websites.

Specifically, I'm trying to confirm or deny whether the rules call for a
push when the dealer and player tie, like in Blackjack.

If you haven't heard of the game, it's actually kind of cool. It's
played identically to blackjack, but you play to 11.5 points instead of
21. Cards are worth their face value, except Aces are 1 or 11, and face
cards are worth 0.5 (1/2 point). So an ace and a face card is 11.5, a
winning hand. The game also seems to allow a win on any 5 card hand
(not over 11.5), just like Blackjack.

I'd also be interested in on-line resources that have analyzed the game
(read: published win percentages on hands), to save me the work.

And yes, this is to settle an argument...on the internet :) You know
what they say...

TIA,
Adam
