Yes, sweet they are. I don't even need to cron my apt-get
dist-upgrades anymore.  Life is good.

I think I read the upstream rate stayed the same. Can't remember where
I read it from, but it might have been in the Comcast email. It would
be nice if they would bump that up too though. Sometimes that 256k is
a bit slow. (then /me remembers how I was stuck on dial-up for years
and years)
