No and no. However, I have not lived with my parents since age 17.
I have worked at many occupations since then, never had to do that though.
I'm 40 now.

I'm afraid this rings true in many many corporations, non food related as
well.
This is why you bust butt to learn an occupation where you cannot easily
be replaced by the next clown that passes by.
