Very much so.  You'll have no problem fitting all the major
distros on that, even if you go hog-wild on installing apps.

You could try to save space by having your distros share a
/home partition.  Athough then you'd have to worry about
different app versions stomping all over any shared
config files...

I can't see any problem with sharing swap beteen distros
though.
