I had Time Warner Cable for my ISP for a couple years up until this fall when I moved out of their area. The speeds were very nice! I enjoyed being able to download things at over 200k/sec. The only problem we really had with the service was that we were having to reset our cablemodem at least once a week for a while. This was eventually attributed to a problem with the cable wiring in our apartment building. They screwed up once in fixing things for us, and ended up giving us a free month of cable (TV and internet) to say sorry, so I can't really complain about that.
