Hey everyone,

I'm going to be connecting a bunch of wires in the next few days and I wanted
to double-check something about using Cat5 for POT connections. I'm going to
use my standard patch panel for making regular network ports into phone
connections whenever I need one. I plan to use some Cat3 that I will connect
from my 66 block and put an RJ45 connector on it so I can connect it to the
patch panel.

Does anyone know which wires go where if I want to crimp an RJ45 connector
onto a Cat3

Does anyone have a suggestion for a better method?

-Tim
