We've got quite a few Dell's we installed Redhat 7.x, 8.0 on, and 
they've been very good about being stable.  Even one of our Dell 
PowerEdge's has been running super with RH7 for quite some time now. 
 Dell's pretty good (so far) about offering RH as an OS option.
