Agreed, my first attempt at linux on my PIII was Mandrake, that went
horribly, then I tried Debian, but I just wasn't ready.  :)  Finally I
tried SuSE and it worked well.  I'm slowly leaning towards Debian as my
distro of choice now, but SuSE was great for starting out...

In the actual cheesy words of SuSE:  Have a lot of fun.
