I personal recommend a Cisco 1200 AP and Cisco 350s for WiFi cards. 

The cards are plug-n-plug if you got all the righ packages installed.

The AP has a functional, but unsual console interface, but has an excellent web
interface.

If you want a demo before you buy, you can arrange a stop-by at Real Time's
office and I can show you the equipment.
