Many of the search engines are getting smarter about things.. they dont trust 
your content 100%, they rely on the outside links you have from other related 
sites to rank you. It is becoming a very complex algorithm, and more and more 
difficult to cheat.  However, the best way to get good ratings is still the 
tried and true method of makeing sure you clearly identify what your site 
content is, and make sure any keywords you want indexed are actully used in 
the copy somewhere, not just in a list of keywords.
