Just a reminder, there are only a few more days to get in your comments
regarding the proposed settlement between Microsoft, the DOJ, and nine
States.

Jeremy White of CodeWeavers has a good page summarizing what you need to
do to comment on the case

He says that comments will be accepted through the 28th, though I've
mostly heard the 26th, so if you're going to make any comments in the
case, do so immediately.

I finally decided to post my comments, since they seem to be different
than what most other people have written and posted.  I tried to emulate
(to an extent) the legalese that I've seen come up in other public comment
periods, but I'm probably just weird..
