Hola. I've got an IBM A30 laptop running Mandrake 8.2. When I close the lid, the laptop correctly suspends, but when I open the lid and it resumes, my USB mouse is dead. I've done the prerequisite Google searching and monkeying with the scripts in /etc/sysconfig/apm-scripts/resume.d/, all with no success. Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can make my mouse return? One more piece of information which might be useful: Switching virtual terminals is enough to make the mouse come back to life.
