Another question.  Did you managed to get the Recycle Bin to work?  I have
it set up as

  vfs object = /usr/local/lib/samba/recycle.so
  vfs options = recycle=.recycle

in my smb.conf file.

When I delete a file, it does move into the .recycle folder of my share, but
I don't see the recycle bin icon "fill" on my XP box.  Any idea how to get
it to recognize the recycle bin on the share?

I could be wrong but I think that user might need to be able to write to
the dir where the MACHINE.SID is stored (unless samba just writes it as
root)
