Don't get me wrong either :-) most of Real Time's clients are looking for
something inexpensive. Exchange 2000 + MS SQL Server (I assume) + client
licenses = fairly expensive.

Have you found a backup product that "cost effective" for backing up MS SQL?
Does it do a hot or cold backup of the database? If the PDC dies and the
customer does NOT have a BDC, does Exchange 2000 "screw you" because the SIDs on
the new PDC will never match?
