I saw this awhile back on MAPS web site as a beta thingie. Seems like a
whitelist of address and "bulkness" of a message is overly complex and from what
I can read it doesn't catch as much stuff as a blacklist.

If I could go out on a limb, it looks like this is technology to solve a legal
problem of blacklists.

Am I missing something here?
