Ok , i talked with the classroom scheduler concerning the installfest. Without a faculty sponser the room will be $75/hour. But i have a faculty member who is willing to support (he is a linux enthusiast) and with his support we can get the room %50 off. Placa C, the room that we may get is open Nov. 10th and Nov 24th (i have not checked for December) the total would end up to be around $200 and if we passed a hat around no one would end up paying more than $5. Does this sound doable to you people? -munir --
