[TCLUG] how to turn off mail from cron

Can anyone tell me how to turn off this feature of cron:

       When executing commands, any output is mailed to the owner
       of  the  crontab (or to the user named in the MAILTO envi­
       ronment variable in the crontab, if such exists).

I'm running vixie-cron-3.0.1-52.
