I've bought a few things from gns and have not had a problem there too, but I havn't had to return anything either, so I havn't dealt with them on that issue. GNS seems to be set up for the computer geek, like a lot of us out there. You know what you need and how to use it. I referr less educated people to TM cause I know that they will get what they want and need and that they will have some place to go for help. Colin Kilbane
