actually, QNX has been ported to a number of different processors (I'm given
to understand). I know of some robotics researchers who are/were porting it
to MMU-less PowerPC chips. 
	I asked my friend why they didn't use Real Time Linux (no relation to
Real-Time Enterprises). Apparently QNX has better serial I/O... something
about blocking vs. non-blocking I/O.
