Have you tried XCDRoast?  It is so easy to use, it's no wonder that no one
has bothered to document it.

It is easier than most windows CD-ROM burning software packages to use.

My brother in law used XCDRoast to make Music Collection CDs without ever
having seen a CD-ROM burner before. (he was barely PC literate at the
time)
