Well, not have web-pages that depend on proprietary browser tech and
weird plugins, for one.  And that I can *find* things on!  (This is
complaint about Qwest, not about real-time, whose pages I've only
looked at very shallowly, and which worked fine for me; so you may
already be doing everything right in this area.)

Static IPs.  

User-controllable reverse DNS on the IPs.  (Qwest does this right
already, happily enough.)
