one of the advanced CS labs had dual-boot linux boxen when I was there
(probably kernel 1.3 machines... I barely knew what Linux was at the time so
I didn't know) a few years ago. they aren't friendly to linux on the
school-supplied laptops, tho. (so people tell me).
