This is a relatively simple question. I get a "forbidden" error when I try to access my cgibin on the server. I have not set the document root to allow cgibin access. (in fact I didn't change anyhting and I need to make a directory so that it can be accessed from browser) What do I change on httpd.conf to make a subdirectory accessible (or the scripts under it) ?
