Why start one when there already is one?  Mike Horwath runs one through his
domain, geeks.org.  You can send email to freebsd-users-request at geeks.org
with help as the body to figure out how to subscribe (it's a mailman
administered list - I don't know how to subscribe to them off the
top of my head).  You can also prolly find more info at www.geeks.org.
