Qwest seems to think we're too far out in the boonies, yet I live right in town and 3/4 mile from the switching station there. I'd think about ISDN, but the cost is a little prohibitive. Local cable company has thought about it, but my guess is that they don't want to pay the hardware costs. US Cable if I remember correctly.
