Hi,

Due to requests from the Server development, COW has from now
on UDP_PORTSWAP (former USE_PORTSWAP) feature per default
compiled in and may be activated with the portSwap .xtrekrc variable
(default is off).

Up to now the new features available for pl2 are:

3.00 pl2
- New default portSwap for UDP_PORTSWAP feature [siegl]
- System wide .xtrekrc file set to "/etc/netrekrc" [siegl]
- Cambot recording replay [koconnor]
- various Win32 fixes [siegl]

You may get the changes from the COW CVS tree, if you are interested.

BTW: I'm planing to release pl2 withing the next 2 weeks. In case you
have any changes pending please add them to the repository.
