That should be easy to do.  There are settable limits for all the
different queues.  The INL queue limits are set by inl.c.

I wonder what I did wrong.  I still can't get it to work.  I get a
blank tactical with 2.02 connecting as player 20.

I'll look at your mods if you put them in CVS to find out how clueless
I am.
