I was planning to create a www.netrek.org/development/ page for general
development resources and on-going projects. While this isn't specific
to Vanilla, it certainly could contain an updated version of
www.netrek.org/vanilla-l/ (left over from when Bob first started archiving
VANILLA-L) with more detailed info. The subsection can be put under
CVS for updates from the outside.

However, it may also be appropriate for Bob to set up such a page since
he has claimed the Vanilla space. He already manages the CVS and mailing
list archives.

BTW, Bob, this is the last time I'm going to nag you about that val-tags
write permission thing. Please fix that so I can actually commit something.
Also, I don't know about other folks, but I always get 1-5 minute load delays
for your web pages off of continuum.real-time.com or archives.real-time.com.
Pings show decent RTT and little or no loss, but access is slow regardless.
