RES RSA decrypt key

Hello,
My name is Edward Broyles, I am  a citizen of the US, I work at Tech
Data, easily verifiable.
I am very interested in starting my own server and was hoping you could
rovide me with the key to decrypt the Res-RSA package for my server. I
am using the Vanilla-2.9pl3 version. I also have the COW 3.0 package and
have not been very succsesful obtaining the key to decrypt the the
client res-RSA package. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
