My server "spamburger.openface.ca" currently has the patch applied, and has
RSA verification turned off for testing purposes if anyone wants to try it.

Anyone who wants to try it will still have to compile their own COW 3.00
client to get PORTSWAP mode activated if they want to test it.  I have no
experience with any other clients so I don't know if it will work with them at
all.

When not behind a NAT firewall the patched server still works with COW 2.00
and COW 3.00 at least.  I've not tested with other clients.

Just to make things clear, this patch allows clients to be behind NAT
firewalls.  The server still has to be in the open.
