I asked Sven to add ftp.netrek.org a couple of times now, but he hasn't done
it yet. (If you're reading, Sven, it should be a CNAME for
ftp.vec.wfubmc.edu.) Bob and I talked about possibly mirroring the archive
for round-robin DNS, but the discussion sort of fizzled out. Sven never
got back to me about making a European mirror, either.

I thought that the key crypt requests were going to something like
rsa@us.netrek.org. I don't have the keys to crypt/decrypt the RSA files,
and I'd prefer that either Steve or Bob handle that if that's not a problem.
