[CLUE-PICKUP] Preseason NIT Game 3

After another close game, and a largely successful one from a testing
standpoint, we're prepared for game 3 of the Preseason NIT.  Tonight
we'll be starting a bit early, and we may make it a 60-minute game
if that's what people want.  

Bug fixes for today are mostly slot-freeing improvements and other
captain commands.  It's still running at 10 updates, which worked fine
last night.

I hope to see you all there.  I'll actually be playing in this one.
