[CLUE-PICKUP] How To Join The Spring 1999 INL

As of Monday, January 25th, we are accepting team applications for the
Spring 1999 INL.  Players and potential captains should visit the INL
Home Page (http://www.inl.org/) for information about how to find a
team or submit a roster.  

New players are encouraged to add their name to the Players Seeking Teams list
at <http://www.inl.org/addplayer.cgi>, and teams looking for players should
put themselves on the Teams Seeking Players list at
<http://www.inl.org/addteam.cgi>.

Roster submissions are due by Sunday, February 7th, at 23:59 Pacific time.
If you do not have a complete roster by that time, submit a skeletal one
so we can at least begin scheduling.
