(So U Want 2 B) CLUE GAME IV

Last game, we had 'fonz' and the SC bomber (K6) be SUN TZU's MVPs!
Can you be the MVP of the next game! Only time will tell!

TONIGHT!
Wed (Yes, WEDNESDAY!) at 9:00 PM EDT / 6:00 PM PDT / RFE CET

again, teams will try to be relatively balanced and continuous scoring
will be in effect.

Summary of scoring:
Each planet you own gives you points = current armies (max 4)

These points are summed over the course of the game, weighed from
0.75 at the start of the game to 1.50 at the end of regulation.

At regular intervals the 'score' will be reported, normalized to a
	  20 planet total.

At the end of regulation, if one team has a normalized score that
is 0.75+ greater than the other team, that team has won.

If both scores are within 0.75 of each other, if either team has a
current planet count of > 11-8-1, they win immediately.

If neither team has a 0.75+ lead in score OR a 11-8-1 or better
lead in current planet count, then the game goes to sudden death
OT with the victor being the first team to reach 11-8-1 planets.

Comments:
SC dropping and reinforcing planets <4 are important.
AS bombing takes on a new light, since bombing a planet to 1
denies the opponents 3 points/tick (or 30 points/second).
Stashing is still important since you HAVE to have armies
available to retake/reinforce.
Pushing up planets is important because you can build a lead to
hold off late game pushes by the opposition.
Late game pushes can still win the game outright if they can keep
the continuous score to within 0.75 and get up more than 11-8-1 planets.
They can force OT by getting the continuous score to within 0.75 and
planets 11-8-1 or less for either team.
