Hi,
 
Oh COW 3.0 has turned sound off, because Win32 Gcc has no Multimedia
interface headers included, so I´m currently trying to rewrite it.
The original M$ ones are not really useful here.

i have fixed the problem with the pixmaps but still no sound.  there is
no 
netrekrc file that i can find on COW3.0.  Cow 2.0 did come with one,
but 
not v3.0.
